Add 10-Second Forward and Backward Video Controls

It would be great to have a feature similar to YouTube, where students can skip forward or rewind videos by 10 seconds. This functionality will improve the user experience for learners, allowing them to review specific parts of the video or skip ahead efficiently without manually dragging the progress bar.
